This is the second year the annual County Fair has looked to local youth for graphic inspiration. The artwork, which was hand drawn by Muramoto, will be used to create the poster which is often a Fair industry award winner and sought after collectable. This 10th grader's bucolic bovine scene will also be used by various Fair departments as they design their entertaining and educational displays.
"We were quite pleased with the entries and it was a tough choice to narrow it down to just one" said Michael Bethke, Fair Manager. He added, "Congratulations to Ken and his family. We look forward to honoring them at the Fair this fall." To view the winning artwork simply go to the Fair's website www.santacruzcountyfair.com
